May & June menu 2024 at Broholm Castle
Broholm Castle's restaurant and kitchen follow the seasons. We get many of the raw materials from local suppliers and enthusiasts, most of whom we have had the privilege of working with for several years.
May and June - now the longer daylight and warmer weather really returns. Asparagus from Svanninge Bakker, new small potatoes.
Rhubarb and strawberries have been eagerly awaited since last year, and we can start picking fresh herbs in our own garden and not least picking wild herbs in the forests and beaches around us.
